Translink Customer Service Centre

The new Translink Customer Service Centre is located in prominent position at the upper entry to the Stadium Skytrain Station. The 2,240 sq.ft. space is a remodeling of an existing office area, and offers new Compass Card services to the public while responding to Translink’s operational program and new corporate identity for customers and staff. The economical, fully-accessible contemporary design was evolved and successfully implemented through an Integrated Design Process with Translink staff user group, and mechanical & electrical consultants.
