The development consists of 4 townhome units in one building. The building character acknowledges each unit's identity by massing and roof form articulation. A shallow hipped roof style with generous overhangs is a deliberate design vocabulary respectful of surrounding neighborhood and of our rainy climate. The landscaping reinforces the architectural language and together with the building, responds to the neighborhood context. The project borrows partial views of the city and North Shore mountains, creates intimate spaces and improves the public visual aspect of the street.
