The proposed development of 32 townhouses (16 duplexes) is sited on 8.92 acres of land with nearly 1,000 feet of shorefront on Porpoise Bay. The development takes into account the natural contours, existing trees and views. In addition to a potential park, a seawalk will be provided with public access. The individual townhouses range in size from 2,300 sq.ft. to 2,700 sq.ft. of liveable space and are designed to suit a diverse range of life styles including families with children and seniors. The architectural vocabulary of the building is West Coast Contemporary, with generous glazing, deep roof overhangs, carefully detailed wood columns, brackets and exposed timber structural elements.
