The proposed 5 storey 55 unit rental building replaces two existing buildings on site. The eastern public pedestrian lane will be enhanced with stronger link to Victoria Park as part of City's "Green Necklace" system. New water elements are reintroduced on site in memory of Mee Creek that used to run along western lane. The building southwestern corner relates to Ottawa Gardens immediately to the southwest.
