This project consolidates an existing 29,000 SF multi-tenant office/ warehouse building into a single tenancy. The main floor is dedicated to warehousing and warehouse staff facilities. The upper floor houses the executive offices and all other Levy departments including a flexible boardroom. This adaptive re-use of the structure, together with the use of new energy-efficient direct/indirect lighting achieves a sustainable approach to the building interiors.
