The waterfront building is within Coal Harbour/Marathon Lands in downtown peninsula. The 3850 SF cafe/ restroom facility is fully integrated into the comprehensive overall landscape design for the Harbour Green Park. The general expression of the facade is established by the powerful promontory wall. The facade treatment, combined with heavy precast concrete balustrade, echoes the historic Stanley Park treatment of hard landscape elements.
