The long and narrow lot dictates the building site planning and massing. The building vocabulary is modern industrial with a repeated 26 foot plan module of flexible main floor with mezzanine and 2nd floor industrial office spaces. The 2nd floor common circulation walkway and brise-soleil canopies are all detailed in steel, as applied industrial elements attached to tilt-up concrete panels; together, they animate the elevations and respond to our rainy coastal climate.
