The 7 acre site is located in an industrial neighborhood adjacent to a shopping mall and is accessed from BC Highway 7.  The cluster of three buildings consists of  two large  industrial buildings each of over 50,000 SF with potential of flexible two storey units. The third smaller signature industrial building is  approximately 13,000 SF. The construction methodology consists of a combination of tilt up construction for the majority of walls and cast in place tilted and curved front walls hinged from the main structure for the feature front walls.
