The program responded to the owner’s specific requirements for leasehold improvements customized for a single tenant, while still allowing for future potential division into separate warehousing spaces. The imposing mass of this huge tilt-up concrete industrial building is softened by architectural wall treatments, large window areas and prominent metal canopies at the northwest and northeast corners, clearly visible at a distance. The south side of the project is given over to multiple truck bays and an expansive traffic apron, essential to the operations of the trans-modal shipping company tenant.
