DESCRIPTION

In conjunction with designing the building, BFA was commissioned to provide full interior design services for this condominium development, consisting of  77 apartment units, 5 townhome units,  plus common areas such as an  entry lobby with reception desk, a fitness centre and an amenity room.  Two distinct palettes of colours and materials were created for the residential suites--the bold “urban” Atlantic scheme and the soulful “natural” Pacific scheme. A separate contemporary design was provided for the building common areas including customized millwork and selection of furnishings.
