200th Street, Langley, BC



The location on a major arterial thoroughfare in Langley demanded a high-visibility design response for this rental office project, containing flexible modular commercial retail and office uses. With 12,000 SF of retail space, and 21,000 SF of office space, the 3-storey tilt-up concrete building has canopy-protected pedestrian-oriented access to lower level retail spaces and a feature lobby accessing  upper floor offices, all oriented to the ample surface parking area.  A bold metal lattice screen that dominates the south face provides sun protection, while also giving the building a signature design element, highlighting the project from busy 200th Street.
